Latest update regarding Coronavirus
Despite being in lockdown the property market remains open for business and we are pleased to be offering valuations and viewings.
Whilst the majority of our teams will continue to work from home, our office in Kirkby Lonsdale will be open to clients and customers on a prior appointment basis, following strict government and internal protocols.
If you wish to contact any of our team, please do so by email rather than post or use the direct dial or mobile phone numbers, these are shown below for every member of our team.
Mail items can be left in the post box outside the main entrance and will be collected and distributed daily.
Where property management inspections are deemed essential either by our team or a contractor in order to undertake repair work or routine safety inspections they will continue, subject to a rigorous health and safety procedure in order to protect all parties.
Our viewing policy for prospective buyers and tenants is set out below:
- When you contact us to arrange an appointment, please advise us if:
- You or anyone in your household is in the at risk category as outlined by the government.
- You or anyone in your household is symptomatic.
- You or anyone in your household has previously tested positive and has since recovered.
At the appointment:
- If you/a member of your household develops symptoms between making the appointment and the day itself, please contact us to cancel.
- Your viewing will be arranged strictly by appointment.
- Please do not visit the property without making an appointment in advance – this applies to external appointments as well.
- Please arrive at the specified time. If you are running late, please ring us on 015242 74445. Please do not arrive early.
- Two adults from the same household maximum.
- If you intend to bring children, please advise the office ahead of the appointment.
- Please bring gloves and face masks for all those attending and ensure that they are worn at all times.
- If you do not bring gloves and a face mask you will be not be permitted to view inside the property so please make sure you are prepared.
- Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and keep a 2m distance between you and the home owner or member of our sales team at all times.
- Please do not touch anything.
- If you want a cupboard or door opening, please ask and it will be done for you.
- You will be shown around the house, asked if you want to look again at anything and then shown outside. It will not be possible to go back inside the house at this point.
- Please save any questions to the end, when you are back outside in the garden.
- Normally we would bring a hard copy of the brochure to the appointment for you, but at the moment, this will not be possible.
