Sam works within the land agency department assisting Senior Director, Simon Clowes. Originally from Cumbria , Sam joined Davis & Bowring in June 2016 having previously worked for a national property consultancy firm in Oxfordshire where he gained his Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor qualification in October 2015.
After growing up in a city, Zoe moved to the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With a background in property law, we welcomed Zoe to our team in August 2021. She loves hiking up hill and down dale with her Wirehaired Pointer, Walter.
