We will also provide you with a detailed marketing strategy tailored to marketing your property to a local, national and international audience where appropriate.
We have a specialist property software system which matches buyer’s enquiries with properties for sale through our services. The result is an efficient service which obtains quick exposure of your property and ends with a deal being done that meets your objectives at the best possible price.
Diversification
Through our primary role as estate managers we have become involved with rural development and diversification.
We are always keen to drive forward rural development and diversification opportunities. We seek to identify alternative ventures that can be integrated into an existing estate situation to maximise the overall return.
This experience means that with our close association with other property professionals, we are able to offer development appraisals that are targeted towards a sustainable development rather than a quick fix.
Mapping
Davis & Bowring’s mapping team can prepare plans to any scale that give an excellent overview of large sites with minimal or detailed information depending on the requirements.
Do you need a map?
Davis & Bowring is offering to prepare one 1:10,000 map such as the plan above free of charge to property owners within our management area.
